Appearances, Publications & Press
Judith is an outspoken advocate for local production of nutrient dense foods. She speaks and writes on this topic and adjacent entrepreneurial opportunity. She highlights the need for widespread adoption of regenerative agriculture practices, (rotational grazing, rainwater water sequestration for aquifer recharges, permaculture practices) and the restoration of rural agrarian communities. She highlights the dire need for youth to enter regenerative agriculture and earn a living wage doing so, and the promise of human wellbeing thru soil restoration and ecological stewardship.
